I forgot my username and/or password – When you created your account, we sent you an email with your username and password, please check your spam/junk folder also for that email. – Your username and password are case sensitive, so do you have capital letters anywhere? Or is your “Caps Lock” key on? – You can also reset your password here.

If you fail the official test, and if you have completed 100% of our entire training (as reflected in your “Test History”) before your official test date, you will have to email us your test result notice (form N-652). Upon receiving this notice, and upon verifying your completion of the training, we will refund your purchase fees. This refund policy is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, while your account is open and valid with us. This refund only applies if you have failed any of the following parts of the interview: – The speaking/comprehension test (you have failed to demonstrate the officer that you have sufficient speaking and comprehension skills of the English language). – The writing test – The reading test – The civics test If you have failed your citizenship test for any other reasons, you will not be refunded.
