
Prior to your appointment for your U.S. naturalization test, locate the USCIS office so that you know exactly how to get there. Assess how much time you will need to get there, what method of transportation you will use to get there and know where to park if necessary.
On the day of the appointment give yourself some extra travel time in case of delays in transit.
Every federal building has a security checkpoint. It might take some time to go through that security checkpoint and once you pass this checkpoint you might need some time to find the interview room. You should arrive at least 30 minutes early for your appointment.
